SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At ayurvedic naturally we strive to ensure that the delivery and receipt of your goods is stress-free. To facilitate this, we will keep in touch with you at various stages of ordering and shipping. All orders are shipped from our international distribution center in New Delhi, India.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as an order is cleared for payment, you will receive an email confirming your order. This confirmation will indicate your order number which you can refer to to check the status of your order.
DELIVERY TIME
Total delivery time = order processing time + transit time.
The order processing time for standard delivery orders is 1 to 2 days and an additional 7 to 10 days for delivery. Thus, the Estimated Delivery Time (ETA) for “Standard Delivery Orders” is 1 to 2 weeks from order to delivery.
The order processing time for expedited delivery orders is 1 day and an additional 6-9 days for delivery. Thus, the Estimated Delivery Time (ETA) for “Expedited Delivery Orders” is 7 to 10 days between order and delivery.
All standard delivery orders below € 109 are shipped via Registered Airmail, which typically takes 12-18 business days for delivery to most countries (please refer to the table below for the estimated delivery time by country). Registered Air Mail does not provide periodic online status updates at every checkpoint like FedEx / DHL. Tracking information is only updated on shipment and arrival in destination country, local post office website.
All orders over $ 109 are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or EMS, also known as Priority Airmail (with full web tracking). The shipping method we choose (DHL, FedEx or EMS) will depend on the nature of the products ordered. DHL and FedEx take around 5-9 days for delivery to most countries, while Priority Air Mail takes around 10-12 postal days to deliver.

Orders received from the countries mentioned above will be shipped by Airmail only.

** These are general delivery estimates and work fine for 99% of orders. Fraction of orders can sometimes take longer than expected to arrive due to postal or customs delays and sometimes due to heavy snowfall in winter or during festivals in India or during Christmas holidays, delivery may take a little more time than these general estimates.
Once we’ve packed your order, we’ll send you another email to let you know it’s on its way. We will also give you the tracking number (so that you can check the delivery status of your package online.
To ensure the fastest confirmed delivery of orders, be sure to include the FULL delivery address with the correct PIN / ZIP code. We will not be responsible for delays resulting from incomplete address lists. All packages shipped overseas require a signature upon receipt to verify receipt. We therefore ask you to be available and ready to receive the package at the delivery address you have provided to us in order to avoid any unnecessary complications or delays. If you know that there will be no one to sign for your delivery, it may be preferable to provide an alternate address for delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card with the card reference number to reorder the delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
We do our best to make the shipping costs as reasonable as possible. Shipping is calculated based on the total purchase value and therefore depends on the number of products you purchase and usually not on weight or destination.
For orders worth less than € 109, we charge € 22 for standard delivery and € 32 for expedited delivery. All orders over $ 109 are eligible for free worldwide shipping via Standard Shipping and $ 22 if you choose the Expedited Shipping method.
DELIVERY TRACKING
We ship all of your orders using FedEx, USPS (Airmail Post), or DHL with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. You will receive the shipment tracking information by email. Note: In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments (due to product and warehouse availability) and may use different carriers for each shipment.
Out of Stock Items: On rare occasions, we may be out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay in shipping your order. If an item you have ordered is to be out of stock for an extended period of time, we will notify you by email of the delay and then automatically ship the products to you as they become available. At ayurvedic naturally we have a great relationship with our suppliers, so we are usually able to get your products to you very quickly. We will immediately dispatch the in-stock items of your order and dispatch the out-of-stock items as soon as they become available at no additional cost to you. In the event that multiple items are out of stock, you may receive multiple partial shipments.
